Hunted mainly for their fur but also for trophies and prestige poachers have reduced tiger numbers by 90%, and even though it`s illegal to hunt endangered species tigers are still being killed sadly.
Nowdays tigers are more abundant in captivity and zoos rather than in their natural habitat. As hard as it may sound but by the time people realise what poaching might result in it might be too late for this beautifull animal.
