Tigers - very powerful swimmers

Unlike almost all other big cats, tigers are adept swimmers. They enjoy bathing and often play in the water when young.
 As adults, they often swim several kilometers to hunt or to cross rivers, and at least one has been recorded to have swum almost 30km in a day.

Unlike other cats, Tigers love the water and are very sensitive to heat. Tigers are very powerful swimmers.
Usually where Tigers live there are trees, bushes, and clumps of tall grass.

Most Tigers will soak in water usually after making a kill.
Tigers like to live in swamps, grasslands,and rain forests.
Tigers are most likely found eating grass or other animals such as deer, buffalo, wild cattle and wild boars, also from time to time they will eat fish and crabs.
